Nutrition: The Fuel to a Healthy Body
Throughout the school year the students and I have several conversations about positive nutrition. Monthly, the topics covered will change, mostly based on the time of year, upcoming holidays, or special classroom events.
During the Spring, students are able to become more active because we can finally see grass under our feet. Coupled with a smart, simple diet students who are active can maintain a healthy wellness.
